Accutest has established itself as an expert in the field of Diagnostic Solutions by developing both hardware and software solutions for a number of clients.

The development of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) over the last few years has enabled external test equipment to access diagnostic trouble codes and parametric data in real-time via the multiplex networks on the vehicle. Accutest has added value to this by developing database-driven diagnostic software to access this data over the selected network, ensuring forward compatibility with future network implementations.

Accutest solutions are designed to be ‘portable’ between the disciplines involved in the life-cycle of the vehicle, from design and development, through to manufacturing and in-service applications.

One area of this technology is in the provision of remote diagnostics and telematics, and Accutest identified this emerging technology as the way forward.
